My file is finally complete Alhumdulillah.
Today we received passport request.can someone please guide me
We need to submit passport,2 photos,and the request latter ??
Thats all or we need to do something else ??

No then it won’t effect your application, if you were stuck in background checks then living in UK might Been the reason for this delay.

Well how long it will take and starnge thing is i have provided both uk and pakistan police certificates still its more then 13 months now my medical is also expiring on 2nd may 2019 after firat medical results received they haven't replied anything.

Travel history only matters in background checks, for now they are working on your eligibility which means if the relationship is genuine or not.

Infact one of my cousins applied in July 2018 and his marriage is very simple with no big functions still he got the Pr on 15th april 2019

There are so many factors involve in this process some case officers are fast some are not. I am an October 2017 applicant got pre arrival in December 2018 and my background checks are going on since May 2018.

I talk with a person few days ago who has almost same kind of situation he has applied in Feb 18 and he told me that they will send u second medica first then Pr he said same thing happened to him so hope for the best and good luck to you .

Offcourse they will send you a remedical request once everything else is done in your file.
