Is anyone else on this forum planning to or thinking about moving to Montreal (or Quebec in general)? I have looked into the rules regarding healthcare, tenancy, etc., which are broadly similar to Ontario. Wondering if there is sufficient interest here to start a new thread, share information on friendly banks, finding work, living in a French-speaking part of Canada...all of that.

Not planning on going to Quebec but lately, I've been thinking about New Brunswick. It's officially bilingual and they have a good French-speaking community especially closer to Quebec. Haven't done any further research though.

My timeline is
Stream: PNP - Outland
AOR: 13 December 2018
MEP/IP1: 27 Jan 2019
Country of residence: India

No update since 124 days.. Any guesses how much time it will take for PR ??
Is it usual that CIC takes longer time to issue PR in case of PNP outland than any other stream ???

Hello. We have similar timeline. AOR 14dec PNP O MEP 24jan.file sent to LVO Pretoria on 7th Feb. I emailed LVO who responded 'your file is in queue for review. All applications are reviewed in the order they are received and to keep correspondence to a minimum' . Fingers crossed n let's pray harder. Hope to see things moving in weeks to come..

Most of the files from december are not yet picked up by CIC. As per my gcms notes, the transfer from CIO sydney to Ottawa was the last activity and nothing has been started by Ottawa

This is odd that your R10 is review required yet your file went through A11.2
