I just got my ready for visa email.
Here is the timeline,

AOR - 2nd Nov'18
MEP / IP1 - 3rd Dec'18
IP2 - 16 Apr'19
PPR - 17th Apr'19
FSWO - Indian - Single Applicant

I had called CIC on 11th Apr'19 and nothing had started back then.

i got an ADR for POF today . AOR 2nd nov , FSW O .
Well its not optimal but it is some movement

Any movement is a positive sign.

It's great to see a lot of Nov 2 folks get updates.

Don't know why . .... After reading the testimony of many here who got ppr including one of the applicant of January 2019 ....... I have started doubting myself.... .. Did I even submit my file. ..... Have they by mistake.... have deleted my file or perhaps something has gone utterly wrong that they don't want to even look at my file.

It’s too early to think negative like this..wait till your timeline gets over !

That’s too too too early to think that way. Majority of applicants from June onwards are still waiting.

You should be patient be well prepared for wait till October as things are moving damn slow and only lucky ones get their ppr within six months.

Get your stats right before commenting..it’s not majority ,it’s around 20%..the cases that are pending since June /July ‘18 must be with some serious issues ..there are many who have received the golden mail..so we just need to be positive atleast until our timeline ends we can be patient!

Hi everyone,

So I am getting curious as to the status of my application. I have just ordered a GCMS. While waiting for this, would you mind sharing your thoughts on the posted status of my application?

Review of eligibility: we are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements

Review of medical results: you passed the medical exam (around January 23ish)

Review of additional documents: we are reviewing the additional documents you have provided (since jan if I remember it right)

Interview: you do not need an interview. We will send you a message if this changes

Biometrics: we do not need your fingerprints. We will send you a message if this changes

Background check: your application is in progress. We will send you a message when we start your background check

Final decision: Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once a final decision has been made.

These are the same status since December. Does this mean my application has not progressed at all? Should I be worried that my application's odds of being rejected increased?

I received an additional document request for
A separate and newly completed schedule A background check form (IMM 5669) and
An additional family information IMM 5406 form.

Please who else got this?

@SithLord better you call and ask to agent because I think they have started to proces your application but havn't updated in your profile ..
because I called them yesterday and same happen with me

The agent said no additional documents required from my end and the application is under review. She also told to keep a check on the online application and email

because I called them yesterday and same happen with me

I did call them on Friday and the agent was pretty rude. Said he sees what I see too and nothing has started yet. My application looks good and I'm still under 6 months processing time.

Well, just found from Dec thread, a couple of FSW-O Single Indian Residents got PPR from Ottawa VO lol.

I guess. my file is probably handled by some lazy and incompetent officer. I can't do anything other than wait!! So let's see what happens!!
