No, you should be able to sign in with Sponsors UCI number after you recieve AOR. I am able to sign in before the SA approval. I think it will take a couple of days after you recieve AOR to actually be able to see it on ECAS.

I mean we can login to ECAS but only with PA info. Is the UCI different for PA and SA?

To log in ECAS we use App# PA lastname DOB and birth place.

I have tried all combinations with my (SA) info and nothing.

It can take 2-3 days for some but others would also experience 1-2 weeks... It varies depending on the clinic/hospital.

Have you tried using the sponsors UCI, last name, DOB and place of birth? That's what I used and it will show both the sponsor and principal applicants ecas.

Hi Guys! Was is the latest AOR now? I called while ago in cic and the agent told me that the file they are processing right is is for October??? I just cant believed as I have received reply to my email last april that the case center is processing February applicants. But I have seen latest aor is march 15 already. My application was received march 4 and my file is not yet in the system.

I would not be surprised if it's something to do with the way your names have been entered. Maybe you have to use both/maybe there's an extra space in between/etc. I know it's easy to say try not to worry about it too much, but you will get the SA email eventually and then eCAS will be useless to you as sponsor anyway.

When the file is moved to Local Visa Office, does the Principal Applicant gets an email about where it is moved to or do we see the update of moved to LVO in ecas?

Hi! Sorry maybe a stupid questions but I want to know will the cic will reject the file without return address? I was so stress that I forgot to put the return address on my application when I submitted it. im wondering who has the same scenario that's why the cic not able to acknowledge my application received or not? Are there cases where applications don't move to a Visa Office?

No, it's not possible. Sydney, NS, does not process applications. They just do all the preparation work like sponsor approval, etc. Permanent residence applications are processed in the domestic VO or in CPC-M.

Did you get a file transfer notification to Visa Office?

I wish - haven’t even got sponsor approval yet . Just at AoR1 - will see whether the speed picks up to match the rest of you .... since it’s taken close to double the time from receipt to get those first emails.

Hi there.. i paid my wife biometric last march 26, but until now i did not get any letter from cic to do her biometric, why it take soo long? Is there anybody have same situation?
