Good news gang! I called IRCC today and was told that my application has (finally) moved to the London UK office, which is the first sign of any progress since July last year. I'm not holding my breath, but low-key hoping they'll issue the visa next week...
He couldn't view my file because it has moved outside of Canada, which in this crazy game was actually exactly what I wanted to hear! I got too excited and forgot to ask when exactly it moved but move it did, which is all I needed to hear to make this weekend more positive than the previous 42.
Must surely be about time they made some progress for my June 17th compatriot, I'm still keeping tabs on your case.
Nah it looks the same as it ever did, no paranormal activity either.

If you look at the trend for application for BOWP, you can see how the increase in the processing of express entry is influencing the processing time of BOWP. In fact, the processing time for BOWP has been constantly increasing. The time that I applied it was 67 days. Then, it increased to 81, 84, and now 89 days. I think this increase is due to the increase in the processing of PR. As a result more applicants need to apply for BOWP, hence longer processing time.
I sent email to MPNP regarding the same last November 2018 as my MPNP nomination expired during that time. This was their reply:
"The nomination is only valid for the application for permanent residence (PR), therefore you must have submitted your application for PR prior to the expiry date on the letter of nomination. If you have already done so, then you do not have to concern yourself with the expiry date."
Hi guys, so the remeds we gave on Monday have just got approved and the status has changed to medical passed. The background check status is still under processs though.

It takes around one week for re-medicals to pass as per current trend. I guess your hospital might have not uploaded it which has caused delay in your case. Call and check with hospital.
