SOP

Hello guys. I want to write a strong SOP as i have a gap of 5 years in my studies. But i had a job in these 5 years.I had braces for around 3.5 years due to which i had to visit my orthodentist every month. So it was not possible for me to move to other place. Should i mention this in my SOP??

Why not? Honesty is always best. Also, having a gap in studies is not a problem since you had a job which can be proven.

I want to give this reason as i planned to moved to canada earlier but i met with an accident due to which my teeth got damaged nd i had to wait for around 3.5 years to get my braces off.
