Hello every one
I’m 24 years old and married.
I’ve bachelor’s degree in English teaching and I’m working in an English institute.
Now I have some questions..
First lf I get 7 In ielts exam and i start my master degree am I eligible to apply for express entry?
2.My work experience must be after my master degree?
3.How many points do I need to be chosen? About440?
4.What is certificate of qualification in the list?
5. Is it necessary for me to start learning French? And would it be hard?
Thanks in advance
1. Try for IELTS 8. different skills different score. Refer CRS score calculator. You are eligible as you have work experience and education. The concern is you need to get enough points for EE.
2. No. Work experience can be before Master within last 10 years
3.Depends. 440 would be good. Hope a low mark in May
4.What does this meant?
5.No. If you are fluent in French, you will have additional marks. It will be good when you land in Canada
Guys if province nominates you on NOC other than what you mentioned in EE. Can this be a problem in post ita scenario.?
Ok, thanks
If your job was full time it won't be considered as part time. You need to provide working hours of the job.
Hi People,
My brother will be applying for his PR. He has a scenario like he will be using NOC that is related to HR executive, however he already have a visit Visa on Canada where he applied as a Director of the company. In this scenario, whether it will be any problem for him to apply as a HR or what should he do now? It will be great to have your reply on this. thanks
Has anyone got a positive WES or IQAS evaluation for pg diploma in computer application (1 year) from subharti university?

1. You should aim for higher score. That would surely help you to be better positioned in the Express Entry system.
2. It should be before you begin your masters in the country.
3.There are different draws held over the whole year, you need to check, when you apply for Express Entry, at that moment what is the required score.
4. This is confusing, but as far as I know, certification of qualification is a requirement in the regulated skilled trades. But frankly speaking I am still skeptical about this. You can get it checked once.
5.French language is for increasing your points in the express entry system. It would be beneficial if you learn the same. Coming to the latter part, it depends upon you which way you take it.
Quick question guys, I’m resubmitting my application as my initial September AOR was refused IN March . Do I need to submit biometrics and redo medicals again?

If it is a part time work and you didn't do it when you were a full time student, you can apply for the visa. Plus the word experience should be equivalent to the 1 year full time work i.e. 1560 hours.
So if you fall under these norms, then all the best.

You can claim it.
Why was there a gap?

I have created a profile with 2.9 years of continuous experience from April 2016- Jan 2019 and have a crs score 440.
The training period was in two phases- Training rank is also mentioned in the same NOC illustrative examples.
4 months (Paid Training allowance as wages)
June 2014 - October 2014
1.5 months -unpaid
4 months 27 days (Paid Training Allowances as wage )
December 2014 - May 2015
If this Period can be considered ,it will fetch me 25 points more
Hello folks,
Need your help in making some decisions regarding my application.
I have got my IELTS score and awaiting WES evaluation report by 24th April 2019. I will be creating my EE profile immediately post that - I am expecting a score in the range of 456-463 based on how WES evaluates my 2yr PGDM (MBA equivalent).
1. Based on past cutoff score for ITA, is it reasonable to assume that i will get an ITA in May 2019?
2. Assuming i apply in Jun 2019, by when can I expect the COPR. Is it fair to assume that I will get it by September 2019?
3. I plan to quit my job once i receive the ITA. my notice period is 3 months so will leave the job in July 2019. After July I plan to take some time off and pursue some personal interests till i receive the COPR. Do you think this will impact my prospects of finding a job in Canada after I land there? Is there any other impact of quitting the job (other than the obvious financial impact
)
Views/Suggestions most welcome. Thanks.
Hello,Please help me.
While filling the education history part of the EE profile I included a certificate obtained from a postgraduate program that is referred to in my country as a Maitrise (typically a Masters 1 or first year masters certificate). I described it as a masters in my EE profile but I also indicated that the WES evaluation I have, shows that it is rather equivalent to a 4 year bachelor degree programme; with the understanding that my points for educational history will rather be calculated based on the evaluation made by WES and not based on my own presentation of my educational history.
Now I have an ITA and I'm worried that the points that were allocated to me before I was given the ITA were based on my own representation of the certificate and not on the results of the ECA from WES because, while filling the ITA forms I realised that the certificate is portrayed as a 'Masters or professional certificate for a licensed profession'. Should I change it and put what my ECA says? If so, will it be seen as misrepresentation? Will I lose points for that?
I also will like to know if there are specific types of banks that are to be used for the bank statement and proof of funds. My bank account is in a small Credit Union which has only 4 branches nationwide. Will that be seen as suspicious? Or should I create a new account in a reputable bank and transfer my funds to the new account?
Please help.
Hi people, If you indicate that your spouse is not coming to canada with you in EE application, can your dependent children come with you?
