Hi YULIA, I did not get the PCC request yet. But as you mentioned in the previous posts that after medical request we can start gathering PCC.
So my parents medical passed on March 19 and then I requested the PCC for them. Today my parents got the PCC. So where I can upload the PCC documents.
I have my parents accounts setup and linked the file. But when I click on upload documents there's no option for me to upload documents.
Can i send email to Ottawa office using emaild id they have mentioned?

Yes, doctor will upload/send exam result to IRCC. Although you can request a copy for your own record. But that you have to tell before exam... I think
Thanks so much for the detailed explanation. I wasnt sure if they send the results to the Principal applicant or sponsor or IRCC. but this information helps a lot. Also does IRCC send any communication/documents to the Principal applicant by post or all communication is done online via web form or gc account?
Hello!
Just new here but I’ve been following and reading comments here for long time.
Got my mom medical request but no Pcc request.
Is that ok? Or they will request pcc after medical result? Thank you
That is normal. I haven't received a request for my parents either. You can refer to the spreadsheet and notice the varying timelines. Also if you can provide your local visa office and your parent's home country then someone would be able to provide you with a more specific response because depending on the country of parent's nationality you could expedite the process without waiting for a PCC request.
Can you provide your timeline as follows,
PGP Invitation received date:
File Received at CIC date:
Parents home country:
Acknowledgement of Receipt date:
Local Visa Office LVO:
SA Start Processing:
SA Decision Made:
SA Email received:
IME request date:
I got the AOR on Dec. 12, 2018
CIC started processing my application on March 11, 2019
then NO DM receieved yet for SA but direct IME on March 25, 2019(medical done on March 29, 2019)
Yesterday, GCkey updated Medical passed on April 8, 2019
but still NO DM on SA. Is it normal? and as I've already done the upfront PCC for parents, can I upload through Web FORM? But I don't know the LVO yet....

thanks @YULIA-2016 but how to check sponsor side through E-CAS? I can only check the application status and below is the timeline:
We received your application for permanent residence on September 17, 2018.
We started processing your application on March 11, 2019.
We sent you medical instructions on March 25, 2019. To avoid delays, please provide us the information requested in the letter as soon as possible. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

You need to go to application status and you need to enter your details and not principal applicant details (UCID and other information) https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/security.do?app=ecas&lang=en then it will show you your sponsorship details

thanks to @YULIA-2016 and @hj123 ! I logged with my info and it says Decision Made. Now I will call to CIC asking for LVO for my application and upload PCC for parents. Will also update the google docs to share my detail status.
