Guys, I just called the CIC and came to know that "my file is in queue to be reviewed by the officer" (this has been the status since Mar 20, 2019) and I was told that I will get the same response even though I raise a CSE asking the reason for the delay in processing. I am not sure how long will it take to see the light at the end of the tunnel but this is really frustrating as days pass by and I do not see any progress/movement on my application. Please find my timeline below for your reference.

Med Passed - 21 Sep 2018
Status - Eligibility under review
Security - Not started
Visa Office - Centralized Intake Office, Sydney, Nova Scotia

P.S:- I raised multiple CSEs before for changing my address, uploading a document that I missed (came to know from GCMS notes) and asking for the reason in the delay in processing after crossing 6-month mark.

Sydney is extremely slow visa office so your update in March is relatively recent. Also it's likely that it's a final review before PPR. Don't lose hope.

Got the following reply based on my last usage of the online web form (only relevant info):

We verified the information provided and can confirm that your application is still in process.
All the required documents and information have been received by the responsible office for the moment.

Anyone who can tell me if this is just another generic reply or not ? From the looks of it, it seems the documents submitted are sufficient and hopefully no future ADR requests. Details of my status in my signature.

this is the standard response they send to everyone whose documents have been received and awaiting final review by case officer.

Well...based on my last convo with the CIC agent back in March, I was informed everything was clear with the exception of the security check which was yet to commence. So hopefully it might be in-progress now.

Ghost update today!!
I've noticed that it now says "We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information."
I guess it's IP2 time for me... Been in IP1 since September/2018.

Also, I wanted to ask apart from maintaining the minimum balance that is asked of us to keep in our accounts, do we need to show some other POF when we land in Canada or just the saving account bank balance will be enough?

My application details are below:
AOR:august 21, 2018
PNP nominated Outland

Reached my six months last Feb 21, then ordered GCMS what’s wrong

File located at CIO, Sydney nova scotia

Received GCMS notes March 23 review required for eligibility, they can’t find my job duties

Submitted amended coe with job duties last week of March and new passports

April 2 - received confirmation that submitted documents forwarded to responsible office and find out that my file was transferred to Singapore VO last March 23

What should I expect? Anybody got similar case?

By the way gcms notes says medical, criminality passed, info -sharing comple. They are satisfied with my pof, education, and work experience (only job duties they cannot figure out in my coe). Security not started
