Ideally, you should be creating the profile when you are completing or about to complete(1-2 days). Creating the profile earlier, you will take an ITA from the possible candidate and rob him of his chance. But again, you are allowed to create and then once you have an ITA, you can submit the docs after you complete one year.

PS : with 451 score, you will be picked in any of the draw happening going forward(Biweekly)

One year. That puts doubts.. Minimum work experience required is 1 year. So I'd suggest to wait for your 1 year completion and then proceed with EE profile creation.

It's up to you. What I wanted to know is that do you get a link to apply for BOWP once you get an ITA?

Not in ITA, you can only apply BOWP after you submit your PR application. you need the AOR number to apply BOWP

I work remotely from India for a company in Spain, and this company doesn't have a physical office in India, so how should I give my work location details??

What are my chances on 443?

The Impact of late draw result of 451 has still left a bitter taste on me. Now again, praying the CRS touches 449.

I heard that you can apply even a day before your old work permit expire ~ You can stay/work legally once you submit your extension (entering Implied status)

If I apply now then my BOWP also expire earlier? (May vs July)

I am not sure if they extend base on my PGWP expiry date or bowp application date.

based on PGWP, so apply before. You can apply early if u want the permit early . If u want to stay longer on implied status , apply late.

Yes, by the end of the year CRS may come back in the range of 440s, if B2B draws happen biweekly without any 3 weeks gap and also with the increase in ITAs.
Meanwhile, you should always think about improving your scores, if you can't afford anymore delays and want to get the ITA ASAP.
