nope never got AOR2, “line 2” updated along with DM on ECAS, date shows April 3.

I’ll stick around for a while until I’m landed been applying visitor visa to other countries for our vacation, passport won’t be available until mid April.

Are you related to her in any way? How did you know her brother? Why were you not in relationship when you met her causally the first time? Why was this marriage arranged if you knew her before? How many times you visited if you ever?

These could be some of the questions which going through officers mind and he came to conclusion that it’s not genuine and have given you last chance.

You seriously need to consult somebody knowledgeable. This may be the only chance you have. I read appeals take sometimes upto 3-4 years, of course not to scare you but get in touch with facts.

One clarification ...... After completing the Biometrics from India ...Do we need to send the Acknowledgment receipt to Canada ....
Or its VFS centre they will upload the documents themselves ...?

I don't think you have to add it manually... this should be done from there end

His file transferred on MARCH 8th to cpc-m. They are working on March 8th. When was yours ?

Ok Which means Principal Applicant just have to appear for the Biometrics only and rest is done by centre

Not sure my file is been handled by representative lawyer & she doesn't update until there is any requirement email from IRCC
Is there any way to check online with application or UCI number?
