I had submitted my EE profile on February 15th 2019. Medical is through. I am currently residing in Canada on tourist visa. Please advise if I shall I go back to India before I get PR is through or it is better to continue to stay here and submit passports.what would be faster.

I was curious about this too. Someone told me that we have to go to the boarder to get PR but the other told me that we would get it by mail.

I am not sure who belong to which country and which countries are visa exempted.... But if you are an Inland application, once you get your PPR email you can send the passports by mail. You need to use Canada Post mail services and send them Incoming envelopes with your address on it. Once you receive the PRV ( Permanent Resident Visa ) on your passport. You can do flag polling on US-Canada Border. Read about Flagpolling. Also check before you go there to do the Flagpolling read online about the days suggested you should go on. Do a little research on your end as well. Do so only if you are 100% sure.

Hello Everyone, I am a silent reader on this forum and my AOR is 10th Feb however I am still waiting for my Medical Result. The interesting part is this I have received 2 ghost update a week ago the first one is for Progress bar appears and the second one is my UCI number has been changed from CADXXXXXXX to 10 digit numerical numbers only after this no update yet rest nothing change in my profile.

Anyone in this forum have the same issue or anyone whose AOR is 10th Feb or before and still waiting for MEP

2. On receipt of ITA, I see that there are 2 sections 1. Work history and 2. Personal activities...
Can you please suggest under which section should i mention my wife work experience..?

My account doesn't show any biometrics number. I did not give any special biometrics when I applied as visitor 3 years ago, but fingerprinting happened at the time of arrival in Canada ....lets see , hopefully I will get the biometrics request soon

Biometric details and finger prints are more or less the same things. Anyway, as you said lets see what happens. There are cases when BIL came after 8 days of MEP, for most people it comes after 2-4 days.

In personal history - I believe if you put it in work history, you will be asked for proof (which is really an unnecessary headache).

In personal history section, if you are not claiming points for it. Work history section is for the work experiences for which you are claiming points

AOR Feb 13, no updates so far. People who have AOR after me are getting their medicals updated. I am extremely nervous right now.
I called the toll free number to check if there is some info I can get over the phone, but found nothing there either. anyone with the same situation?

I had the same issue...however my AOR is 13th feb and I got MEP and BIL yesterday at 6:00 pm (IST) i.e. approx 12 hrs back..urs might be on its way too...all the best
