Is there a thread for people who do their PR processing on their own!? Without an agent? Coz, it seems the agents charge 1.5L and CIC 50K!!!For PR.I personally don't know anyone who did things alone,..Can somebody please help me with this?I've paid their initial registration fee 17k, and did all my ECA procedure alone(PEBC) and felt I dont really need to pay in lakhs just to do the clerical stuff. Any suggestions please
Thanks! The information is very helpful for the aspirants.
Now that India too has biometrics starting from Jan 2019,does it any way reduce the time from AOR to PPR?
What are the estimated from AOR to PPR at present?

What do you need an agent for ? It is pretty straightforward process. Creating profile, submitting documents, combining pdfs and templates you need to follow for letters are easily available online. I think majority of the people have/had applied on their own. it just take few hours to get everything uploaded.

How about the post ITA process?? Does that include complicated procedures?

Not at all. I would never recommend hiring an agent if a applicant is an educated person, familiar with technology and smart enough to write his/her own letters and is able to put everything in order. Platforms like these have tons of information and step by step guidance. One does not need other person to fill out simple forms and scan, upload documents for him/her.
Guess I can def do things on my own, then. Thanks a lot.

No. Actually, in fact it shouldn't really mention NOC code.

Has anyone ever taken a Celpip Generall test and received a certificate with a comment below it that reads: This score report is not valid for the purpose of applying to immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada
The certificate is for CELPIP-General Test results and I am now worried if these results will not be accepted as part of the English proficiency proof.
Thanks in advance
While you click on "Continue Application" after receipt of ITA,the basic details questionnaire pops up again and score again seems to get revalidated.
Does this entitle us,to make any changes if need be....as long as the CRS does not go down?
Hi folks, dumb Qs:
Do all the supporting documents need to be submitted electronically via GIC which would include PCC, work experience letter and medical.
If yes: do we need to hold on to originals and mail at a later date if further requested.
If no: do we need to mail them, and reference it with application ID.
