Hi ! I have the exact timelines. We also submitted our passports on 12 March and they were received by IRCC Delhi on 13 March. We are still waiting for our passports.
Have you received your COPR yet? Did you see any further changes in your CIC profile?

I got message on friday that my passport is in transit for bangalore. Even after 4 days of transit, there is no update from VFS.

Hello, I got this message today - "Visa application, tracking ID No. ................................. – Your processed decision envelope has been dispatched from the IRCC Office, on 2019/04/02 and is on transit through the VAC in (HUB City) to the Canada Visa Application Centre in NEW DELHI. "
Can someone pls advice when does it reach VAC and I can collect from there as I have flight on Thursday itself.

Anyone here with a dependent outside India...I am the principal applicant, I sent my passport after PPR to IRCC Delhi through VFS. IRCC received and under process since 29th March. My wife is in Toronto and she sent her passport to Ottawa, and it has reached on 30th March. Now I have got an email from CPC Ottawa, to share photos again to CPC Ottawa address. I am assuming this is only for my wife? Please help anyone how COPR issuance process proceeds when passports are submitted at different locations.

Visa application, tracking ID No. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Π Your processed decision envelope has been dispatched from the IRCC Office, on 2019-04-02 09:47:34 AM GMT Standard Time and is on transit to the Canada Visa Application Centre in CVO-NEW DELHI. When can i expect it back to my address in Hyderabad?
