I got ADR yesterday, my file had transferred to HKVO from CIO, they need my schedule 4 and my new passport. but I had submitted schedule 4 before my AOR, is it a good sign?

As its just 2 months for my medicals to expire, will I have to land before 13 June ( my medicals were done on 13 June 2018)? I am yet to submit my passport for stamp.

AOR - 16th June
Medicals passed- 30th June
IP2 - 25th October
Category - FSW O India
ADR- IMM5406 on 26th Feb,
( Re medical request on 16th March, Re medical submitted on 21st March, Re medical passed on 30th March)
PPR-2nd April (as per Indian time)
VO - Ottawa

Prashant, in the post above, removed my name from this list and I was about to correct him.. but then I just got the ready for visa mail.. its been almost 10 months.. called them once and no notes..
