Hello,

In my account the biometrics status is “we have not received your biometrics, please check the message below for more details” and there are no messages down there. In the ecas, they are saying “we sent you a letter on January 26, 2019. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us” and still I have not received any letter, can you please clarify how do they request biometrics and if they send both email and letter? Thanks.

Can you please share your timeline? I have rec'd AOR but not specific email for biometric.

This email came with PDF document attachment. PDF document explains the biometrics instructions and asks to handle it within 30 days.

I mean total 3 emails arrived at the same time. So my application wasn't linked before this biometrics email.

Thanks for replying, I double checked the AOR email and there is no attachment included.

Please wait until you receive the correspondence before sending us additional information, as the correspondence will outline all information that is required”

I applied for another morality certificate anticipating that the one I sent in 2017 is expired.

Any idea what the informations might be?

You should get an email of the additional document(s) they are requesting for.

In my case my 2nd Boys passport was about to expire so i got this same kind of message to get a new passport. The mail came along with an instruction to pay our RPRF payment.

Ok thx I paid the RPRF in advance on the 28th March so maybe they are just unable to match

Very possible but i suggest you also contact them to re-confirm so as not to delay your application.

Dear friends,

Since last night the status on my ecas has changed from 'In Process' to 'Decision Made'. The change is however not reflected on my online application. I have not even received the PPR email as yet. My timeline is as follows:

Application Filed: May 8th 2017
Medicals Passed: October 31st 2018
Pre-arrival Services: November 30th 2018
Decision Made on ecas: March 28th 2019
Visa Office: NDVO

Did you receive any communication from immigration saying your application requires more verification or that the assessment period will be outside of the posted processing times?

Finally, you got some status change. Strange they took one year to do so. Haven't you got medical request so far?

The landing fee payment has been linked today and we have to fill a document on updates! No medical request yet. Will keep you posted about any changes.
