Dear friends,

Since last night the status on my ecas has changed from 'In Process' to 'Decision Made'. The change is however not reflected on my online application. I have not even received the PPR email as yet. My timeline is as follows:

Application Filed: May 8th 2017
Medicals Passed: October 31st 2018
Pre-arrival Services: November 30th 2018
Decision Made on ecas: March 28th 2019
Visa Office: NDVO

Thanks all..Does anyone know when should i land after getting back the passports? Is there a time constraint?

Dear atish,
The visa expires one year from the date of the medicals
So you have to land before within a year from the medical date.
They will mention the exprye on your visa

After a long wait, I finally received my COPR today!!! I'm an inland PEQ applicant.

1. Docs received Nov 1st 2017
2. AOR on Jan 25th 2018
3. MR on July 25th, done medical on July 26th
4. Pre-arrival service email on July 26th
5. Medical passed update on July 30th
6. Passport Request on 18th March, 2019
7. Sent passport on 18th March, 2019
8. Application approved on 26th March, 2019
9. Finally received my COPR and my landing visa on 29th March, 2019


I thank you all for supporting each other through this journey. I hope you all receive your COPRs soon as well.

Thank you for the response, but all correspondences i got after CSQ came from Novia Scotia Sydney and on the top left of the CSQ I could also see PARIS.

Some files are dealt in Sydney and then sent to the VO on your CSQ at the end of the stage.

Hi adeboyeadejobi,
In my own situation, Senegal Dakar was on my CSQ. And from CIC website they said that visa office close to your country will process your application in most cases or otherwise. I will advice that you write Accra that U will like to enquire if that is your visa office. They will surely respond if it is or not. Else it maybe the Sydney office that you have been receiving all correspondence.
I got to know mine by calling IRCC and they told me it is Accra and sent me email of how I could contact them.
