Oh relief to hear that. So should I directly submit the jobs and duties letter thru we form on my own?? I have a letter which I had got in January for my work it was for US visa though. Can I put on the same??

You will get PR it's just matter of time because of the delay. I read the notes from above links and there are no red alerts that you need to be worried about. Just hang on there. I know it's not easy, i've been pretending not to care but i have to admit i am also needing PR as badly as you do.

@overnight: Can you please share your timelines. I'm also in RR from Dec 2018. Uploaded supporting documents and they received it as well. Till yesterday, none of the officers looked into it. Sydney, NS forgot all RR cases

This is one of the stupid mistake from CIC to not to inform the application what is needed to process the application and keep them in limbo and people like you were kept waiting to hear for no reason and finally file GCMS notes to learn new comments.

AOR: 5 April 2018. I am worried because in my GCMS notes Eligibility was "Recommend Passed" and had positive comments by case analyst until Nov 2018. But in Nov 2018 they changed Eligibility to "Review Required" without any comments by case officer.

Everyone who is in RR have case analyst comments in GCMS. So at least they have option to submit correct document before IRCC asks for Additional Documents. I have no option other than just waiting for them to contact me.

If anyone has any suggestions please comment, how I can find out why my Eligibility was changed to RR without any reason/comments mentioned by case analyst in GCMS.

I call to ircc agent yesterday i told him i m waiting from last 31 months so far , he was pretty amazed when he heard 31 months so far , after he told me to hold i will check your file and be back , when he came back again same bullshit i have to wait , your file looks ok , no additional documents have been asked , nothing is on hold , no red flag on the wait , he told me the best thing i can do i just wait ,, sick of there system

If you had assessed you GCMS notes and did your part then nothing more you can do. It's not recommended to withdraw your application but in this case I would seriously give it a thought. Better to consult with attorney. Note: Generally, attorney won't take up decision pending EE application but try your luck.

Did u pass security? Or is it still in progress and are u in Security Screening?
