I’m still waiting for transfer and completed my medical on March 8th then passed medical on March 15th.

I am also waiting for file to get transferred my wife’s medical was done on 6 march and it showed me that medical passed on 13th march . I guess we are only two left in January group that are waiting for file transferring email lol ..!!

There's just 53% of all January applications have been transferred to VOs. So you're in those 47% who haven't. It's far more than "only two". Don't exaggerate things and don't panic

I gt the letter to pay the biometric fees and upload the receipt thru web form. Also in the letter it is mentioned that as of now just pay the fees and then we shall let you know what to do further. If I go through the tracker i see a lot of people have done their biometrics the immidiate next day or a few days later. Can someone pls help if i need to wait or just take an appointment and get it done.

You need a biometrics request in order to record your fingerprint, they have to scan your bar code on the request. Just wait.

Quick question, has anybody heard or seen cases where sponsorship approval has taken about 20 days?

My ecas shows sponsorship approval in process since March 7th. I don't have AOR or any other update on ecas since then. I know that people say you shouldn't worry about your file being returned if you see updates on ecas but im getting really anxious now. My application was submitted on January 24

I also tried calling them multiple times but never seem to get through

That's the same issue i am having right now. No AOR but they have notes in my ecas that they have sent me acknowlegement letter march24 and sent me SA decision march 26 but haven't received any. My husband got an email for medical though.

Recieved AOR on 18 march
Recievd SA on 19 march
Medical request 20
Medical done 23 march
Now they have asked for RCMP police certificate which i have .. plus they have requested a **UPDATED** indian police certificate .. My old one was issued just a month before my application .. and nd its valid for 6 months . Why did i recieved this request ??

So, got the biometrics request this morning (tracker updated).

My wife is American and currently living with me in Toronto (goes back to the US every couple of months).
Wondering if anyone is aware of an option to do the biometrics at Pearson? From what I've read, I don't believe that's an option unless they are a student or have a valid work permit, but trying to see if there are other options?

If not, can we simply go to an ASC in Buffalo, NY get it done and come back? Any concerns with this?

This is just a late update of your Sponsor Approval. I got the same line on 26th march on Sponsor side.
