Not only. All of them are horrendous, Vancouver, Calgary, Winnipeg, Edmonton.

There should be a petition for CEC seriously. My case was moved between offices twice, Kattarrina and some others are the same. Gets me seriously enraged why they don't just send them back to Ottawa or Sydney if they don't give a rat's ass (it's actually an offense to rat's ass compared to what these a*holes are doing).

Not necessarily. Someone with an AOR of Oct. 30th from Edmonton got PPR today. That's pretty close to Nov. folk.

Just noticed a ghost update on my application - "Application/profile updated" instead of "submitted". When I logged back again, it got back submitted. Has anyone noticed the same behavior?

I hear ya. It's infuriating considering we have paid taxes for years in this country, studied and worked and are still unsure about whether we will be able to stay any longer.

One would think our applications are more straightforward considering we already have history in this country, have previously done background checks on us (for those countless study and work permits) and have a clear education/ work history.

And they are still making us wait.

Honestly more than anyone, CEC people should be rioting.

It is the ghost update. does your application we are processing your background check or we will let you know when we start your background check?

I am in IP2, last week I noticed this ghost update. But nothing happened till now. Let's just hope for the best.
