Is there any june applicantqhose file is being transferred to Vancouver from missssuaga and Vancouver is not even his local office?

I heard that the Vancouver hub helps local offices review eligibility so local offices tend to send applications there.

Yes, my husband's letter (request for proof of cohabitation) came from Vancouver. Our file was originally sent to Mississauga. We live in New Brunswick.
