Just received Biometrics request email!

lol see is really random ... i think it's different people that works on cases and they just flag the step they did.

I just received an email saying that the application was sent to Kingston Jamaica for further processing.

Just for further processing. Jamaica is not a visa exempt country so I am guess that all applications are sent there to be finalized and processed. I am assuming that is good news and I won't hear anything for a few months now. other than the request for bio-metrics.

I was wondering why mail it when the already have the Emedical system however I went ahead and mail it as I don't want any delays on my part

Yeah well if you have AOR1 and SA .... i think all is in order. Probably gonna happen the same for me at some point.

I read somewhere that processing is faster in mississauga office?

Hi All,
Application received February 13th
AOR 1, March 26, asked to pay bio metric fee on March 26.
paid the fee on March 27th. waiting on bio metric instructions, any idea how long before we get the instructions for bio metric after we made the payment today?

Jamaica applicant here as well! I'm Feb.22nd and nothing yet so I'm watching your progress closely since you are ahead of me LOL. I was also kind of hoping it would go to Mississauga but I think most of us will be moved to Jamaica Visa Office. I read the entire KIN thread from last year and it looks like most February applicants completed the entire process by September.

I figured I would report my information as based on the trackers I've reviewed majority Jamaican applicants didn't fill in their information all the way.

Yes things seems to be moving a bit faster. plus its an election year. if they want my vote they better have my hubby here by tomorrow lol
