No, Date of late MR does not mean a late PPR. Early MR does not mean an early PPR either. My friend got MR on 14th month got PPR 2 weeks after. But there are some got MR after 13 months but waited for another 10monts to receive PPR.so it is really different from people to people !

yes i saw that too..other friends are waiting before and after my aor. but the question is why are they late compared to last year. i am just getting frustrated. anyway thanks man!

I am a PNP applicant(Ontario) and my AOR date is 26th July 2018. I had received an ADR for RPRF in September which I had paid the next day. No update since then. Got to know from GCMS notes in October 2018 that it is RR for POF. Yesterday after so many days the status for additional documents changed to not applicable and my application is at present in NDVO.
Can anyone suggest what's the status of my application at present and when can I expect PPR?

I called CIC today the agent told me that my security still in progress and my wife's security not started yet, for the guys who waited long for the security check, that means it will take very long time!?
