I have received my CSQ last December, and submitted my file to federal on 1-Feb-2019.
how long the Federal processing time can take, and when should I expect AOR, and medical request?

AOR in 2-3 months, Meds in 7 months. In total 19 months.

if you are applying from inside canada it will be less

7 Months from date they received.
If they did not ask you for additional document it can be 17-18 Months. Max is 19 Months if your case is not problematic.

Approx 19 months you can take into consideration in order to proceed further if everything moves quite comfortably.

My documents were delivered on 7th August 2018 and still no AOR.

You need to be patient enought to wait for the same as the process takes it own time. Don't loose hope.

You are one of the lucky ones who received AOR soon,

I know few people who applied with me on August 2018 and they got AOR in JAN 2019,

It seems like they do not follow any specific procedure, I also know some people who applied in Dec 2018 and got AOR in Feb 2019.

BTW, I have got my AOR on 16th March, It came out that my CSQ verification was pending since last 8 months.

I called CIC and agent told me seeing that I was so pissed off with them.

What a bunch of idiots. So it looks like MIDI still has a hold of us even if they give CSQ. They can show their red tape without responding for a CSQ verification from Federal to delay things further. Idiots.
