That's part of your security check that should happen at the very end. IRCC will share this data with CSIS and CBSA whom will conduct their own investigation work to determine if you are clean or not

PCC = criminality which usually happens at R10 stage or during eligibility stage. As for security check, this goes deeper into your personal profile and links all you travel histories , your addresses and your personal histroy with each others and check if you have comitted a serious offensive that would make you a security risk. this process is conducted by CBSA and CSIS and is independent from IRCC.

I actually agree with this even though I thoroughly enjoyed the interaction in Punjabi. It brought a smile to my face but I agree that a lot of others must have felt leftout because their unfamiliarity with the language.
