And what if the applicant is using a Lawyer ( representative). How can the telephone interview happen in such cases because the contact details in the Immigration Application are of the representative not the applicant/ sponsor.

They have all the contact info of sop and Applicant.so whoever they wanna call they car access

I just called them last month they tild me and then on 12 feb I received correspondence for aditional proof of income from Vancouver hub thats how i find out

if they transfer your file, they usually send you letter stating the same and reason why its being transferred like further assessment ?
