For inland applicants, why is it that people who sent their files to Sydney seem to get their PRs faster than those who sent it to Ottawa?

Yes. My wife was accompanying me with TRV and renewal was refused. However new application was subsequently approved.

I passed my medicals on October 31st 2018. If I am not wrong a large number of applicants here have passed on October 31st 2018, as if they were cleared in bulk.

Friends, just an observation, may be I am wrong but I would like you all to analyze it. We are focusing too much on the date of the application filed but I am observing that the priority is given on the basis of the date of medicals passed. If possible do a small research and post your feedback.
