Buddy, check your A11.2. there will be a clear mention of funds. They will detail if you have passed fund requirement or not..

They did ask for ADR but that was for IMM5669

I mentioned about my POF in LOE that I received a gift deed from my uncle.

RR means it just doesn't look good. I am probably going to be stuck here for atleast a year. So much for going to Canada

Did you ctrl+F "Client Information" in the rest of the document? They must have elaborated somewhere what they mean for the benefit of the officer who will review it.

Don't worry, it might be something routine or minor! And they might have already resolved it by now.

Don't worry. Raise GCMS after 150 days. Don't raise now. You have to wait for 2 more weeks. I am planning to do the same.
