Eligibility not met on application

May I know did you submit the job duties during e-APR submission?

Yes, i submitted everything. But my job title i stated as " Senior Business Analyst" but I think there is no such title name in NOC 2171. The poor case reviewer only goes by names listed in the NOC list maybe?

Hey I have same situation..mine says not met for refusal...since May 2018 ,which is my aor month... ordered Gcms in October came to know about eligibility not met..I raised CSE the next day ND provided them misimis job duties ND salary slips .again after a month end of November ordered another Gcms still not received notes.. waiting...ND yes I understand your situation and agrre that if at this point they will send ref

If this is the case, then it is better to create new profile and redo instead of wasting time because if the eligibility not met cases I see there is no one from the case processing side know how to timely deal with them.

But they did not even give me ADR, i just proactively raised GCMS and submitted documents.

I am hearing that it is best to wait. Dont submit another application as you may end up in rr again. Everyone i spoke to has told me to submit what was missing and just wait

So I finally received my notes and Eligibility not met recommended by CASE PROCESSING AGENT.
I have already submitted CSE to request change in my NOC after the file was put up for rejection by CPA (case processing agent)....
Now what?

Dear@ overnight ,,, you should never lose a hope...i was asked for remedicals,ND my background check started,,,so you never know ircc...i just uploaded all the missing documents which were not making me eligible and they agent may God bless him except them...please .. all those who also in this not to lose hope ND provide all documents...all will be good best of luck...

How come these applicants received their PR so early despite RR on their file last year while we struggle to get any updates? I uploaded Job Duties letter in Nov 2018 but this is Apr 2019 & it hardly looked at. I ordred second set of GCMS notes in Feb 2019 & received on Mar 5 2019 & my application last touched Sep 11, 2018

Congrats. This is really a positive step for your application. Could you please provide info on when your first medicals expired.Also was the remeds notice sent by sydney or your LVO. Thanks

My meds will expire on may 4 ...ND i got email from cic.gc,ND it's not written from where it was....but i was in SS also from november 2018...
