It seems that we may still get our PPRs within 150-160 days.
I read a few cases in September were they had no updates of any kind till 140 day mark, then after 160 days when they called IRCC the agent says the application has been approved or is under final review
So I guess after a certain period they pick up the pace lightning quick. Ofcourse, all depends case by case basis..
Is the status 'NOT APPLICABLE' in the ADR section means the uploaded documents have not been seen...??? I had uploaded the RPRF receipt about two months ago and the status has not changed yet... Does this indicate my file being untouched??
Yes, there are but very rare. Generally, you should be considered safe after 120 days and chances of rejection are minimal. However, there are exemptions. But what I have noticed is that 80% for rejections happen within first 60 days.
to all the folks who have been waiting a long time with 0 updates i would recommend checking if your application has ended up in Montreal.
Montreal is a completely different kettle of fish and if your application is there then it is more helpful to post in the montreal thread and WA group.
Yes if there are problems with eligibility such as POF amount not sufficient, experience letter not adequate etc. If you ordered GCMS notes and no issues are flagged, then 99.99% there is no chance of rejection.
What is the form or document needed that will show IRCC that I (principal applicant) can access the funds that are in an account under my husband's name? Is it necessary?
It depends on your office. Montreal office doesn't even pick up your file before 150 days in most cases. We just found out about a guy who was rejected at montreal in his 8th month, unfortunately.

I got similar request from ircc and than submitted affidavit from my husband mentioning that my wife has full access to the funds. We also add my name in all accounts

I got my GCMS notes. Ordered them on Monday, got yesterday. Generation date is March 13th, 2019.
The agent was correct - eligibility and security have not started, criminality is in progress. Last work on my file was done on January 24th, 2019 when they transferred it to Montreal because of the workload distribution.
124 days since AOR for me. I hoped that I would at least got to know about my eligibility.
