I am Oct 22nd too. I am stuck in limbo! When I see people who have got PR or had the message for PPR with the same or later AOR, it gets me concerned there is an issue with my application.
Waiting after IP2 update is really stressful than before

Now, I can go see my field but the board does not appear, I just have a message with : "we can't access to the databese of your field", something like that translate from French ... it's the first time I see that problem

But this is a technical issue I’m not even thinking it as a positive thinkg but rather a negative one as they won’t be able to work on our cases until this is fixed!!
