Same Boat!
I called IRCC 2 weeks ago and they said my eligibility is going on and background check hasn't started. I am planning to call again this week, since I have crossed the 3 month mark, and see if anything has changed. It is true that everything is going very slowly. As of now I am just hoping I get the PPR within the 6 months deadline.
My case is similar. Agent informed that only security is now in process which shouldn’t take long. No ghost updates or changes noted online since MEP/Biometrics.
If you have access to your express entry profile online, then you can look for these phrases mentioned below under background check.

Fellow members, I had written to IRCC on Monday and revived the below response today:- AOR DEC 11, medical pass, IP-1 FSW Outland- India. It seems even R10 is pending. Am I correct? Does getting selected at the cut-off CRS score a cause of concern?
The responsible office is currently verifying if your application meets the eligibility requirements under the immigration program for which you have applied,
you may be contacted via your account if additional information is needed.
The background verifications are not in process yet.
The medical examination results on file are valid for you and your spouse.

It is just a sign that your application is progressing - don't read much into it. Besides, I encourage everyone to pay their RPRF upfront as it is fully refundable.
Hi guys,
I have been trying to log in to my GC Key account since the morning but It keeps showing 'Bad Gateway' after I click on 'Check full application Status'.
Has this happened to anyone else? Maybe its just a technical issue but I am edgy as always.
