My husband had his appointment last Thursday and nothing yet. IT IS KILLING ME lol! My patience is so low after receiving good news one after the other and now silence haha 10 more months of this...I need to strengthen my patience haha I hope your results show up faster fellow HP lover! x

Took my wife to do her medical exam yesterday at one of the locations in the GTA. For those in the area, do NOT go to Panel Physicians North York in the 400 and Finch area. The staff at the clinic are extremely rude (the Dr is fairly nice) and the staff at the X-Ray facility in the same building are also quite rude. My wife was not at all happy with her experience here and was surprised at how rude they were, especially since she is from the US where the healthcare system is known to treat you like a number, rather than a patient.

On the bright side, it's done and now we just wait for them to process the report, which they said takes about 2 weeks, but it's all submitted electronically...

My application was received on January 28 and Aor on March 11, 2019. March 12, 2019 I received an email that I have been approved. Same day medical request was issued.

I see some people getting the Biometrics request. WHen this request is issued. My wife is going for the medical now. It is hard for her to travel again and again as nearest centre for biometrics is 400kms. Do they continue processing the application in absence of medical result or only proceed further after they receive the medical results.

Any updates on AOR today for anyone ? My ecas still shows APPLICATION RECEIVED ON JAN 24 but no AOR email yet. Also cannot link on GCKey with UCI and Last Name.

the same for me. I don't know why though.

I see the application in progress on ecas since March 8th but no AOR1 yet. I just hope they do that return the papers

Please don’t hope for them to return the papers. You have to start from the beginning. What does your ecas says ?

Lol. That was a typo .I hope they don't return the papers and continue the process.

I check ecas using my (sponsors) details. It says "in process" for both sponsorship approval and permanent residence. When I click on "in process" it shows allocation received on 24th January and we have started processing it on 7th March.

This thread is about Permanent Residence under a member of the family class, and that is what we are talking about. Birth Certificate of the applicant is required as per checklist IMM5533 (03-19), page 6 - point 1. In a situation where it is unavailable, explanation or supporting documents are required.

Don't worry. I am in the same situation. No biometrics requested yet but we have done our medical on March 7th with no results posted yet. Have you done your medical yet? I actually got SA letter and Medical request yesterday..

Question: They asked for four recent photos of PA but no size mentioned. So what size of photos required?..
They said photos are only required if the panel physician doctor doesn’t work with IRCC vis eMedical system.
