I called IRCC last week and was able to get through to a very friendly agent. She confirmed that the application was approved in November and that there has been no movement in my file since November. She also said that if I don't hear anything by 23rd April, that I should call back.

I applied for Outland EE FSW but ended up coming to Canada earlier on a TRV.

While i didn't see much updates on the my application portal, seems like a lot of additional processing was happening per the GCMS notes and the response received from the office of MP.
Anyway, today over the phone I was informed that my application is actually approved and that I should be waiting for the PPR.
