Again asking for biometric fees

I applied for my family visitor visa . My dad and brother got the biometric letter within 1 day whereas me and my mom received a letter to deposit biometric fees again within 10 days .we already deposited 400 CAD + 170 CAD for family biometric . Why r asking again for the biometric fees

You will need to pay the biometric fees for yourself and your mom because you are not a minor.

'Family Fees' for biometrics applies only to dependent children, but you and your brother are not dependents.

Actually, IRCC should have considered your mom as a dependent of your dad for the biometric fees that you had already paid, not your brother. Anyways
