I think it will, cause we need the print of loa while applying for visa. You need to contact them ask for another loa.

could any one tell me if i file for September intake in this month? will i get rejected due to applying early? my agent said visa always come intake wise so i should file in may! I'm very worried Coz if GIC increase i have to arrange more expenses?

No, you can apply whenever you want. Your visa chances are based on your file and not when you submit your application.
