I’m May 2018 ,2nd marriage , and age gap . But I’m pretty sure , we have submitted everything correctly , I also sent voluntary docs of my visit to Pakistan .

Last month, I received additional document request (PCC, chat records, additional photos, Pakistan visit etc). I submitted all of this a week ago.

Received re-medical request today. Medical expiring next month. Not sure if it's any good sign or just normal procedure. I'm pretty sure they dont review documents that quick.

To answer your question whether it will take 12 months, every case is different and then it also depends on the immigration officer. Most 2nd marriage cases are taking more than 12 months unfortunately. But you never know with LVO. They have the power to surprise you.

Not sure if they would ask for Bio and Med and start processing BGC without the transfer?

Yes! I was asked to send new police clearance certificate & updated travel history.
Al this was sent 2 weeks ago. Ever since no news no response

Nope! Simple and clear case. My first marriage and i had a wedding, rukhsati was done. No issues.

i think your remedical is a good sign ,, they are winding up your case and will send your ppr anytime now !

There is no fixed number but anything around 10 year or over would raise a flag.

I hope so. They haven't started reviewing my documents yet because the Gckey says 'additional documents have been uploaded'. Who knows how long more they will take.
