They had asked for a provincial nomination certificate as an additional doc on Mar 2nd
And nothing ever since

I did included a copy of my BC PNP nomination certificate when I applied, it's in the checklist and don't think it's something you would miss . I am kinda surprised that they didn't ask for a provincial support letter though

June 19, 2018 - MR requested
February 14, 2019 -medical passed

Analysis on Dec 2016 applicants to compare with 2017 to estimate waiting.
So last year 2016 Dec applicants received medical request in January 2018.
They received PR in batch process which was started from 12th april , 19th april, 2nd May, 24th may and june 1-6 2018.
So all of these batches had few applicants from dec 2016, depending on complications with files few got PR email on first batch and few little people had PR email on last batch.
Now comparing Dec 2017 applicants with this scenario, almost many applicants got their medical mid of February 2019.
So it is almost 1 month extra gap between medical requests from dec 2016 and dec 2017 applicants.
So dec 2017 applicants should get thier PR batch starting from April 11 or because of 1 month extra gao in medical can result into May 2019.
Note: all the PR batch came out in 2018 between March to June was on Thursday.
So please make sure to check your ecase on Thursdays starting from April 11, other applicants can also relate thier profile according to the analysis.
