Approved February 11
Tracker activated February 19
Passport delivered February 20.
Landing at Abbotsford BC March 3.
I flagpolled at the Abbotsford border on Sunday. I just walked into the US side and told them what I wanted to do. They were nice and didn't complain or voice any negative opinions. The officer who attended to me made a couple of jokes, we laughed and afterwards gave me the paperwork to hand to the Canadian officers .I asked if it would be considered a rejection or refusal of entry, he said no and I don't have to mention it when I apply for a US VISA either.
Got to the Canadian side handed the paper I was given with my COPR and she asked 3 questions. Where I work, dependent and criminal record. And she gave me the stamp and collected my work permit and can cancelled my PR visa.
Entire process was like 30minutes .
I only took my passport COPR and study permit. And that's all she needed .
I got my PPR on 26th Feb 2019 and submitted my passport via VFS to NDVO. The current status shows received at IRCC on 4th March and is still in processing. How much time is the New Delhi Visa Office taking to process the passport?

It seems based on some previous post that it takes between 2-3 weeks. Other post indicate that it takes about 1 week to be approved and then another week to be activated which I’m presuming that is the time to print the visa. However, I may be wrong too. My documents reached Ottawa from USA on Feb 28 with FedEx and I’m waiting for any update.
