Any news about you Ahmed74?
Nothing. My attorney sent email to the VO and they replied the below:
Thank you for your inquiry regarding the status of the applicant’s file as a Skilled Worker in Quebec.
Admissions to Canada under the Quebec Skilled Worker Program are determined annually by the Government of Quebec based on immigration volumes in its immigration plan.
In this context, the number of files processed each year corresponds to the number of arrivals in Canada forecast in the Plan annuel d’immigration du Québec.
We anticipate being able to finalize the application within the next
six months.
Yours sincerely,
But like Ab suggested I am trying ways to put pressure on them since my file has exceeded 19 months and 3 weeks to be exact.

Thanks brother. What about you? When are you landing?
Hi everyone, i hope you all get your process done at the earliest and good luck.
i am about to send my application since i (almost) collected all the required documents..... since i am late with my application due to a specific delay (explained already in another post), i am trying to avoid any application return at this stage.
So i have two questions for everyone,
Should i send copies of visas for countries that i have visited ? along with travels form 5662
Would you please share any experience of reasons to return application ?
I am afraid of certain things, for example :
- photos cut edge is not perfect.
- collected 3 years old original police certificates until i issue new ones (explained to CIC in a separate letter)
May be I am wrong, I do not think there can be a reasonable explanation of not having fresh certificate. You are in a hurry to apply asap but my understanding is that they must be fresh, maximum 6 month old. Other people can right if I am wrong. You can order certificates being abroad, there is no need to visit country to get certificate.
ok i will try again ....

Found this link if you guys are interested.
It gives the number of CSQs issued by category each year and the number of PRs issued by category each year.
https://www.quebec.ca/gouv/ministere/immigration/publications/#c11571
https://cdn-contenu.quebec.ca/cdn-contenu/adm/min/immigration/publications-adm/plan-immigration/PL_immigration_2019_MIDI.pdf?1544814030
The plan for this year (2019) is to issue PRs to 18k-20.1k applicants with CSQ under QSW
Did some math and it looks like 151.8k CSQs were issued under QSW from 2013 to 2017. While 128k PRs were issued under QSW. Netting 23k waiting/declined/withdraw-ed who applied before (including) 2017. Assuming most of the 24k CSQs issued in 2018 not given PRs yet. The queue of people having CSQ waiting for PR is as long as 47.6k.
However, based on the Excel, we have finished processing July/2017 applicants. Which gives roughly 5/12 * 30.7k = 12.8k applicants from 2017 still waiting. Adding the 24k applicants from 2018. We have around 37k people in the queue.
I do not have anyway of calculating the people declined/withdraw-ed, or holding CSQ but have not applied PR.The two ways of estimating give a difference of 10k. Anybody can share your idea?
Thanks,
Thanks brother. What about you? When are you landing?
It is planned for July inshallah brother

Leokun, are you inland or outland applicant.
Inland, PEQ . When I applied it was 13 months, I'm 16 months since then and the proceeding time keep changing. I have to renew my work permit this summer and bunch of other documents a cause of this situation and I'm really not happy about it. C'est la vie I guess.
Processing Time is now 20 months
