if you can tell what did you ask them for and what did you provide them for such a reply "took the appropriate actions to follow up on your request" will give a clear understanding

i landed on jan 18 and i said to agent that it is already passed the processing time. so agent on call said she will make a note on my file bcoz it passed processing time of 41 days but i don't understand that which information they verified ?

i did the other agent told me me that we send a note on your file only that action they took but i didn't see any update in my account
