This has nothing to do with eligibility. As stated in the notes "applicant information" This is only to confirm applicant's personal information.

Do you know by any chance whay it means by " review required stat questions?". I have h1b1 rejected mentioned in there.

Not sure what that means since I didn't see anything like that on my notes. Possibly take a screenshot of it hiding all the sensitive information ?

Hi All, hope everyone is in good spirits and doing well. I got my gcms notes and this is what the summary says. I would be really happy to get your opinions

I think all looks fine here. That's how mine was in the initial eligibility stages. They check everything for completeness and verify all scores and degrees and have the documents ready for a review for work experience.

Remember the notes were generated a month before so your application most likely would have been updated. Once you cross all eligibility checks, I believe you've cleared the toughest hurdles. The last one's Security Screening - that hopefully is done in a month's timeline.

Has anyone here ordered GCMS notes on 31 January and hasn’t recieved them. Is has been more than 30 days for me and I have not gotten them.

Should I be worry?

Couple of take away-s here :

1. You've passed completeness check - Application packet has all necessary documents
2. You've mostly passed criminality - That comes from the "NRT" responses and the police clearances you've provided
3. Degree, score and education checked - They've checked all but for work experience eligibility (which is the tricky one - you'll get notes on this too when the check is completed)
4. Not sure what the question at the top means but I wouldn't worry.

Please correct me if I am wrong but I believe if you are living in US, I don't think you need bio-metrics.

bio metrics will be requested based on your country of residence and not passport

Nope. It's based on country of citizenship. Although right now, everybody is subject to it.
The only exception for now is if you're living inside Canada. But even then, they may request an applicant to leave Canada in order to give biometrics.

It means your file is being reviewed because you answered "Yes" to one of the statutory questions.
Based on your info, it's surely due to your H1B rejection. They'll investigate with US authorities the reasons for refusal.
But don't worry, as long as it's not a reason that would render you inadmissible to Canada (Criminal activity, etc...), no need to worry.
It will however take some more time.

I ordered them on 31st Jan as well but they were filed on 1st Feb. Thus, you also have completed 30 days on 3rd March but that fell on weekend. I am sure you will have your notes within this week.

A little background - I have a couple of statuatory questions answered yes and need to know if they will cause an issue to my application!

Issues... It depends on what questions you answered "Yes" to.
