Hi friends i received my landing interview for 9th march at etobicoke office but i am going to india on 8th march for my brother marriage but pr card takes like 2 months but i have to came back in 2 weeks can i reschedule the interview or something else can be done

As far as I know, you have only 2 options.
1) Reschedule it - Explain everything in email.
2) Go for interview and tell them I have to attend my brother marriage, officer might be give you Travel Documents to re-enter in Canada without PR Card or you have apply it later(Plz check processing time).

You are able to go before the PPR without any problem, you only need to update your passport stamps document in the web form

I asked the same question on Canada visa before visiting my country for 2 weeks during PR processing and was told I don’t have to update anything. When I check the web form instructions it mentions certain categories for which we can give updates. I am confused now. Please guide.

I believe updating some contents, URLs and forms in website.
They are doing lots of changes in forms...

If it is short trip, you don't have to...
But If you got your PPR and waiting for PR card then you have to apply for travel document to re-enter in Canada(don't know the processing time and depends on country to country).
Note - you can't apply Travel Documents inside Canada. Plz check CIC website for more information.
