No, you cannot apply to a visa office inside Canada for a TRV. There are specific categories of applicants who are eligible for this. As a super visa holder, you are not eligible.

You can either apply to extend your stay but it may/may not be granted. Or else you would need to return to your home country.... establish your ties there for several months.... before you apply for a new TRV
