Passport sent to ottawa 2019 after ppr

I have a question can i go with my friend on border and Does The administrative refusal affect his status in any way?
He already applied for the work permit but his study permit is valid till 31st march

Just got an answer from IRCC that did not get my passport copy yet and I might send it AGAIN xD. Too bad at Steve signed for it on February 19th. Any ideas what to do now? Just keep waiting as usual?

Looks like there’s an issue with with passports delivered on 19th.

Until now in transit. There is no progress on the status on canada post website. Got the ticket but i feel that it make no sence. I am stuck, dont know if i am going to have new passport or not.

Mine was delivered and signed by Steve. I thought by today I will get Approved on my GCkey

Around 2 pm. Honestly I didn't expect it to get that soon, login for a different reason and saw an update. Based on this topic, it usually takes from 10 to 14 days to get approved.
