Its a myth about 2 band difference goes for secondary check. I had 8.5 in Listening and 6.5 in writing and on applying EOR on Jan 2019 got my scores changed to 7. So I don't think if this 2 band recheck happens all the time. If you are confident about ur writing, do take your chances with EOR.

It’s been 21 days and BC team still not have any updates, I know it’s a silly question, does a dealy in EOR can be positive?

I have same question as I am in a similar situation!

how many days did it take for EOR, it's been 20 days and BC team still do not have an update? It's making me crazy and scared.

Patience my friend. BC says the time line is 3-4 weeks. Ideally, your EOR will be completed in 3 weeks and a week time to dispatch your new TRF. In India, there is no way to check your online results but few countries have this. You have to see your TRF to see if your scores have changed.

That might a valid one. Congratulations in Advance. However, the final is when your TRF reflects your new score. But you can celebrate.

As I posted above, online result are available only for few countries mostly western. But if you are from India, you will to wait till you get the TRF.

My IELTS IDP score- L-8.5/ R-7/ W-6.5/ S-7. My target score is CLB-9, so I need at-least 7 in writing. In the last exam in IDP, I scored 7 in writing.
Do you suggest EOR.
