Does anyone know now Spouse sponsorship visa processing for Pakistanis are going to Dubai Office instead of London?
Since wen? Mines got transferred just last week n dat to LVO... Fingers crossed hope they dont take too long...
Am Nigerian presently living in Sweden, but i can say that the system is fucked up. The way LVO treats files is absorbed and there should be a way people can speak out against these injustice
Hi, am also Abayomi, I have an interview in Stockholm towards the ending of March
With the tension between India and Pakistan and maybe potentially a war on the horizon. do you think the government will give visa to our spouses and get them here fast?

Such a silly and selfish comment/question. Let's pray war never happens.

It doesnt help at all. All middle east applications go to the london office as well irrespective of nationality. And all cases processed in london are delayed. We think there is discrimination against pakistan based applications but thats not true at all. Its just the london office which is delayed for applicants of any nationality but based or residents in countries that london office manages (UK, GCC and Pakistan) My wife is a resident of Qatar and she is not even from Pakistan.
Ya exactly, no discrimination at all. I am a Dutch citizen (got lost on this thread somehow : ) with a Canadian wife and our child has Canadian passport. Waiting time is all the same, they just throw it on one big pile with all the others... It seems that somewhere after April/May last year, thing suddenly came to a halt and it's hardly moving ever since. They better get their stuff together over there!

Hi, I also didn’t receive any email regarding file transfer, I would surely hope that it’s at LVO , do you have a representative? I do .
I’ve heard that if you have a representative/ lawyer you don’t receive the email .
