Hello,
Take the original for any Certified translator service. If you based in Riyadh then follow the link below;

If you based in Jeddah then you can find translation service in this link;

In Riyadh, MOFA and Chamber are available in the same place.
Follow this link,
https://goo.gl/maps/VpiCDhj7pD32
At the first floor get the attested translation from Chamber then at ground floor go to MOFA. Maybe MOFA needs to go first to get the Chamber attestation. It means you need to attest the PCC translation from the Chamber of Commerce (COC) by 25 SAR, then go to MOFA.
Before going to MOFA, pay the online MOFA attestation fees via online payment system, charges 30SR if you go to any service agent he charges 50SR.
https://www.mofa.gov.sa/sites/mofaen/EServ/ServiceCatalog/Pages/serviceDetails.aspx?svc=128
Press "start the service" and follow the instruction for attestation. This will provide you a MOFA code number, add this no. in your Saddad payment and complete the payment.
Take the printout of the code number, MOFA confirms the payment for the respective payment code number and you get the attested PCC translation hand to hand.
COC/MOFA attest only Certificate page provided by the translator, so there should be a total of three pages. 1- Certificate of Translator, 2- Orginal PCC, 3- PCC Translation.
Good Luck
Hi. Is the certificate of translator is same as the affidavit from the translator? This is the document they gave me to support the translated PCC. Thank you!

go to (MOFA) along with endorsement letter and payment receipt
when you enter take a token and wait for your turn
Step 3# go to deera police station nearby bathaa/ manfohaa for fingers prints
they take attested endorsement letter from you give you a receipt and said that come back after tomorrow or after two days
After tomorrow you need to go and get your police clearance certificate of ksa
step 4# last step is go back to (MOFA) again pay the fees and attest your police clearance certificate.
That’s all
Thanks for a comprehensive reply. Just need clarity on following:
- Is the endorsement letter required to be translated? In which letter is the endorsement letter?
- After getting PCC attested from MOFA, do we need English Translation of the same?

- No need to translate the endorsement letter this is for Police Station where they know only ARABIC.
- Yes, translate the PCC and then attest the translation from MOFA.

No, you need a letter from your Country's Embassy. All embassies know that there is a request letter for KSA-PCC.

I had checked with Canadian embassy during my PCC process. Canadian embassy can't provide any letter.
Go to your home country and get a request letter in Arabic. Submit this letter to city Police Station for PCC. They will take your fingerprints and process the PCC, after 2-3 days you can collect the letter from same PS then follow the rest process as described earlier.
Hi, is the letter sent from IRCC enough to take to the police to issue the clearance? (translated and attested from MOFA).
I was told by my lawyer that it is but now I'm confused as some on this thread are saying the Canadian Consulate should provide one.
Thanks

For Saudi Arabia you must provide a requesting letter from your embassy and take this request letter to Police Station. IRCC requirement you present to home embassy not Police Station.
Hi Guys,
The job mentioned in saudi pcc I received is wrong because they copied it from Iqama. Is it a problem?

Hello,
I don't think it will create an issue. Have you submitted the same iqama profession during PNP? If it is different on Iqama then you must request for correction.
Hi
Should I get a separate letter from Canadian embassy for my wife since there is a separate female section at police station or there is one combined request letter for both me and my wife

I don't know where are you living? If you are in Saudi Arabia, then you must request TWO letters for each applicant, not by Canadian Embassy, you get these letters from your home embassy in Arabic.
