i have not called them but they are not replying properly thats why not called.

Why aren't they replying properly? How?

Btw; is that normal that my return envelope got activated when I bought it? It shows that it was picked up at the office where I bought it which is obviously impossible. Will I get another scan when it’s picked up?

Probably the Canada Post worker scanned it accidently. Ask Canada Post about it.

Congrats! Do they send an email as well as a notification in MyCIC account once the application is "Approved"?

Me too. Passport received on Feb 8 by CIC still got nothing activated on the returning envelop. It's gonna be 2 weeks tomorrow.

mine received on feb 7th, return tracker still not activated. May be tonight or tomorrow, hopefully.

Yup, Mine was approved on Feb 15. Just have no idea about their rules of dispatching passports after stamping.
