Yes indeed! I’m keeping my fingers crossed for all ark members - we have got to get to Canada together I’m doing a soft landing soon and hoping by the time I relocate permanently all friends from the thread will be there to welcome me!!!

Just noticed that medical changed from you passed the medical into you dont need medical exams. What does that mean?

You should get PPR by around 2-3 weeks from the medical passed date

Dear all,
my status is still review required for funds since 22June, then nothing has happened since then. Does it mean my case is just awaiting for an officer to be reviewed? i raise CIO last week and the response is simple: notification will be given in due course.
but i heard someone told me that i am in a very deep background check and only if the check finished that the vo would give me my final decision?
can anyone tell me which one is right? if i am in a deep background check, how can the vo check my background? does the CIO authorize a third party?

As far as I know yes you need to surrender your old license. You should be able to drive in Bangladesh using your Canadian license for any short term stay.

Call and ask specifically about your eligibilty if it has been passed or met or Recommended passed.
Assuming the reply to either of the above is positive then you're awaiting the final review.
If the reply is that your eligibilty is review required then it's not the final review.
I think the reply you got is related to the final review but your call will confirm or deny my assumptions.
Remember to be specific with your questions.

I logged into my CIC account and it says application/updated. My medicals have changed to you pass the medical exam to You do not need a medical exam. My medical expired on Feb 2 2019

As per rules not necc ... sowwiee it just depends upon medical team what they suggest ... so its 50 50

As @M_A says it possibly means they extended your medical. Not so sure about PPR point but I hope it means your PPR is near.

Sorry if i sound mean... u guys are anticipating i am telling exactly what is in documents... its all on medical team what they suggest... in 80% cases they extend
